- I am Kathryn. I work part time at a pharmacy. This blog is a place where I can kind of let loose talking about customers I encounter at my store and the crazy things that they do. There really aren't any guidelines for why people do the things they do and there definitely isn't a blueprint with the designs for a "typical" customer. Each one is unique and part of the joy of working in retail is watching all the strange idiosyncrasies and pet-peeves some of them have. May God. That's what I do. I never realized I was invading someone's space. I will never make eye contact or come within 37 feet of someone who works at a pharmacy again. I promise.
