I absolutely hate it when customers think it is funny to step on the vacuum cleaner cord while I am trying to vacuum the store!

- I am Kathryn. I work part time at a pharmacy. This blog is a place where I can kind of let loose talking about customers I encounter at my store and the crazy things that they do. There really aren't any guidelines for why people do the things they do and there definitely isn't a blueprint with the designs for a "typical" customer. Each one is unique and part of the joy of working in retail is watching all the strange idiosyncrasies and pet-peeves some of them have. When I picture it, it IS kind of funny!! I'll have to try it some time!
Indeed, that sort of stuff bothers me too. I work at a pharmacy as well, although I am not a tech (at least not yet). I work at the front counter and deal more with ringing-up people's over the counter purchases and greeting cards, that sort of thing. I also end up cleaning too though. On a different note, thanks for your comment to my testimony blog! If you need to talk some time about the divorce, let me know. I sincerely mean that. I love hearing people's stories and stuff.
